Ok thank you so much and I just noticed it today I think my Zagg is defective.Looks like dust. Can't be a dead pixel if the phone is off.

You meaning it was there when It was installed the ZAGG glass?I don't think dust can get that far under after an install. It was most likely there at install and you never noticed until now.

I will do that. It's likely that dust ended up underneath during the installation process. As above, there's no way a dust could go inside after the installation. If it's noticeable when the screen is on, I'd say get the screen protector replaced.
YOu can file a replacement for it and only pay shipping, as long as the screen protector was purchased within a year.
And make sure you send the old one back after you receive the replacment. If they don't, then they'll charge you the actual cost of it.I will do that.
The big one more noticeable now and I just seen it when screen is on and off
Second one a tiny dot
I will contact zagg.
Not sure if mine did but I got my phone carrier to install it on launch and I’m using x Doria caseThe problem with our zaggs was that the sides popped up for my wife and I. Went Anker and it works. Apparently Ankers first ones were doing the same thing. Had to wait a month for them to finally fix it.

They’re often the easiest to find at the malls. Their quality has really gone downhill though. Expensive too. $49 vs ankers $9 for two. The Anker one reflected less light and didn’t bubble up the sides.sigh, why Zagg, all the tempered glass screen protectors are almost the same, only the static "glue"
That’s a dust spec. It has nothing to do with the brand of protector.
Zagg replacement is perfectly fine and easy. Go on their site. Register and sign on and then set up a replacement. $5.99 is all you’ll pay.
When you get your new ZAGG take off the other one and put it in the return envelope.
I and my family replace them once or twice a year. Never any questions asked. My 6S my kid has had 7 replacements since I first bought it when it released.
I replace them if it gets too many scratches for my liking even.
When you install your next one make sure it’s dust free by holding it up to light and scanning the display like a hawk before putting it on. It’s easy to not notice it and dust is like a manganate to it.
I also want to add they work very well. I dropped on the display once and I thought screen was cracked and when I pulled it off it was only the screen protector.
There is a Zagg kiosk in my local mall. Customer service there is great. They claim they do not even need a receipt. Bring the phone, show them the defect, they will replace and install the new one. There is a small charge ($5-$10???).
This isn’t a good example of Customer service, a customer brings the protector in due to a defect and Zagg wants to charge a fee for the install? What they should do, is fix the situation by installing a new protector properly and not charging the customer for something they may not have had control over. The customer already paid for the product that didn’t deliver the results for whatever defect it’s experiencing.

I dropped my phone in the display, also. My Zagg screen protector survived. My phone screen did not. I also get corners lifting depending on which phone case I have on.

the only reason you get perfect service is that they make 45 dollars profit when you bought oneThere is a Zagg kiosk in my local mall. Customer service there is great. They claim they do not even need a receipt. Bring the phone, show them the defect, they will replace and install the new one. There is a small charge ($5-$10???) but I cannot remember the exact amount. I believe they end up taking the old protector and sending it back for their credit.
Actually I was in the mobile accessories industry. All the tempered glass screen protectors are in the price range of 0.4- 1 dollars. It is on the markting and the package, those things make the final priceI’ve had the same isue with Anker screens lifting at the edges. Current one especially at the ‘horns’, specifically the left one. I’ve had best luck so far with Spigen, not perfect but close.
