iPhone X’s ringtone issue

My iPhone X’s ringtone ring 3 seconds while someone calling me and it was stopped automatically, at ringtone’s setting also having same problem

So it is supposed to turn down once it knows you are looking at it. Is this not the case?

Wrong. Volume of the ringing gets lower, but it doesn't turn down.
