iPhone XS iPhone XS unresponsive

I have had it happen twice where my iPhone XS goes completely unresponsive for several minutes. I’ve tried turning it off and back on and nothing I even tried resetting it .

Anyone else have that issue? What can I do to stop it from happening

Put your device into recovery and “Update” the device with iTunes. It will overwrite system files while retaining your data.
