does anyone's iphone XS flicker BADLY under indoor light? the one i tried is so bad it was not even useable.

does it happen to all iphones or is it a hardware issue with some? when i zoomed in over 2x the flickering immediately stopped, until i went back under 2x zoom. it looks like the 2nd camera is bugging out the entire film
