I have an XS and hate it! I upgraded because my 8 quit working. Of course I still owe quite a lot on it so I can’t afford to pay it off. I’ve switched to my old 7 for now, that’s how much I truly hate the XS.
Anyone have any ideas on how I can get out of the XS besides paying it off?

TIA

Maybe you just need some time to get use to the new gesture base interface. It’s pretty good once you get use to it.

I’ve had the phone for longer than 14 days, been a few months.

Well in that case looks like you only option is to sell it off. I was under the impression the iPhone XS is just slightly bigger when compared against the iPhone 8. There is also an option for a software button, not sure if you tried it. Might be of some help to you.

Have you tried turning on reachability in settings? That’s an option that goes a long way on these larger displays for one-handed use. Size-wise it shouldn’t be too much different than an 8 though I understand that the height of the display makes it feel larger to use.

Pay it off and sell it. You’ll get your money back as long as it was taken care of.

Good advice. That’s what I would do, and iPhones if they are maintained as you mentioned, hold their value fairly well on the used market. And if someone sells their device early enough long before September arrives with the keynote, you can still accrue quite a bit in return.
