I plan to purchase a new iPhone soon and I am not sure if to wait until iPhone 13 is released.
What the rumour says about its release date?

Likely in fall like every year. Somewhere around September or October.

Pre-orders tend to start about a week after the phones are announced. Then another 2-6 weeks before they start getting into people’s hands. Looking at maybe October-November to have a new iPhone.

Don’t think iPhone will be delayed that long. I think Apple will successfully launch them in the month of September. Remember production has started back in June/July already this year. Thus more reports are like this are also confirming it...

I cant believe its already almost a year since the 12 series was released, and the 13 is being announced next month already. Time has just flown by, but at the same time has been a tough last 18 months for the world.
The 12 pro max was released in November 😁😂

Arsenal supporters always jumping the gun. 😂

Most likely keeping my 12 pro max for another year, hopefully the apple event marketing doesn’t make me upgrade. 🤦‍♂️😳😬😂

Lmao!!!

I skipped the 11 series and kept my xs max, I’ve proven to myself that I can resist the latest and greatest. 😂

So far leaning towards the 14, 4nm chip, 5x optical zoom, possibly more, notch gone (even though it doesn’t bother me)

Not really buying this 120hz, iPhones don’t need it, 12 pro max is smooth as butter, only reason android phones have 120hz, is to reduce the lag on their phones, reckon it’s pointless on such a small screen.

Must agree I’ve had the note 20 ultra exynos and just recently sent back the Lenovo leigen phone 2 and the first thing I did is turn off high refresh rate

just wasn’t work the extra battery drain in my opinion

As other have said the best guess on release date is mid to late September, so I’d definitely wait if possible.

Although the rumoured changes to the iPhone 12 aren’t really must haves, they should give a better phone experience, especially if the pro versions do have the rumoured 120Hz display. It also looks like the sensor shift wide angle camera is being rolled out across the range rather than just for the pro max, so a nice upgrade if you will use that but don’t want something as big as the pro max. Add in a reduced notch, wireless 6 and possibly a bigger battery and the 13 will make a nice upgrade from the 12. No doubt they’ll be a new processor too, probably calles A15, but as nothing really pushes the A14 in the iPhone 12, I’m not sure what the benefit of that will be (may support more iOS releases but only really relevant if you keep your phone for a bit).

Even Google’s own apps, such as Google News and Gmail, are laggy AF on the iPhone. Seems they do it on purpose in order to sell that 120hz BS.

Apple have certified new iphones for use in Russia to be able to sell them legally. They did for 4 models. It is coming probably by the usual timeline with no interuptions.

All the cool things will be reserved for the pro models.
The normal iPhone 13 only better CPU battery and maybe some camera improvements.
Not so much stuff to talk about...

@RoyBA As others have mentioned already. We are getting so close so might as well wait as long as your current device still is usable.

Most likely keeping my 12 pro max for another year, hopefully the apple event marketing doesn’t make me upgrade. 🤦‍♂️😳😬😂
Media blackout for you on the day of the presentation..And a few more weeks after that. Guaranteed to keep you on your 12PM...Or not 😂😉
