Iphone4 3G not working but phone call is working!

Ok.
This is so weird.
Since last night, My iphone4's 3g is not working.
I can't check my e-mail, text via whatsapp, safari, anything..
but I can make a phone call, and basic text is working.
and if I come home. I can use all of function with Wifi.
but I can't use it outside with 3g.
This is soooo weird. and freaking me out! 😡
Any experience here?
