Alright, I've been searching for the last 2 hours but no joy.
If I missed it then I'm sorry.

What I'm looking for is the answer to this:

I have iPhone4, Handbrake, VisualHub, VLC & VLC for iPhone.
What settings for encoding will give me the highest quality fluid playback of video on the iPhone?
I want to fill as much of the screen as possible & have sound @ atleast 128kbps.

Can anyone help me out with creating a new preset?

Thanks.

Use Handbrake and pick the 'AppleTV' preset.

As far as I can tell that always makes something the i4 can play and it should pretty much be as high as you'll need to go.
