iPhone4 international use

I'm in Sweden, trying to get my iPhone4 to operate. It shows "no service", and I've tried a general reset of the network settings. Still nothing. Am I missing some basic setting?

I live in sweden and I sometimes get this. I sort it by the "universal" off/on-procedure. Might help i dont know, good luck 🙂
