After the iOS 7 jb my phone dies at 7% only thing I have used is I cleaner pro and ifile

Has nothing to do with the jailbreak. Your battery is wearing out. Try recall rating your battery meter by running it to shutoff, plugging it in, and not using it until full charge plus a couple f hours. If this doesn't fix it, then your only solution is a new battery.

Even if it's dying w proper calibration @ 7%. The member shouldn't have to replace it for a good time.
