Iphone4 stuck in middle of restore/updating

My iphone4 stuck in the middle of rest of restore and the status bar has not moved at all after more than 1/2 hr. What should I do? Can I just pull out the cable and start over again?

Did you do an update or a restore? Either way, if your iPhone is backed up on that computer and all purchases have been transferred then yes, you can pull out the cable. Then do a restore and restore from backup and sync everything back. Again, only do this if you have your phone backed up.

disconnect the cable and try restoring again but fail. Have itunes restore error 20000. Someone has any clues on whats going on???

If your on windows make sure you are running the default theme and not some custom pack as this will cause that problem, it happend to me the other day

I am running default theme in windows now.

When I plug my phone now, the details of the phone is as follow.

Capacity: N/A
Software Version: N/A
Seriel Number: N/A
