iPhone5 Capacity doesn't match between itunes and iphone.

Hi, I have some questions about capacity.

As you can see the attached file,

itunes show the capacity of photo is 254.6 mb.

but, In iPhone show the capacity of photo is 297mb.

is it normal?

why this difference occur? 😕
