Surely not a pixel.
Are you using a third party keyboard?
You have to find out if it is a software or hardware issue.

Am using the original keyboard took it to sprint and they did all resets to phone and determined that it is a hardware issue, also when I flip the phone to landscape mode the problem does not exist

If that is so it could also be a software problem.

No the told me to take it to the apple store

It's not bad pixel, it has something to do with the digitizer.

Your iPhone comes with a one year warranty so take it to the Apple Store to be replaced.

Sprint came through for me and gave me a brand new unit.
