Ops. Due to the disappointment of the new iPhone, it looks like someone, here I mean me, has become antiquated by ignoring all iPhone news since 09.09.

So far, GSMArena is the only place I've seen showing iPhone 6 Plus with 2 GB. I have no idea how they get that information or how credible they are. Meanwhile, there have been a whole bunch of supposed iPhone 6 benchmarks on geek bench. It doesn't say which model is which (or if they are both antenna variants of one model or whatever), but there are 2 models represented, iPhone6,1 and iPhone6,2. Both show 1 GB RAM for all entries so far.
