so i recently bought an iPhone, i do not even have 90 days with it.
i think i bought it January 18.
anyways now my top half of my touch screen doesn't even work.
i restored it, already and that did not work.

i was wondering how strict they are about their returning policies?
my phone has one 2 scratches on the side.
thanks in advance.
Carlos

btw its restored and has no hacks on it.

Hey Dude,

Same thing happened to me this past weekend (except it was the bottom half). Just bring it to the closest Apple Store. When I went the Genius looked at it and said "I've scene this before" and went outback and brought out a brand new iPhone.

He will definitely replacement if it did stop working. (They know if its been damaged by water.)

My iPhone was 4 months old and now I have a brand new one. 🙂

Good Luck,

i just called apple and they where very friendly and nice and said that they will give me a new iphone.
but i asked the guy about going to the store and getting a phone instantly, but he said that i will get it by mail. Driving to the store is kind of a hassle for me.
instead they will send me a box (1 business day to arrive).
i will mail it back to them
and will get my iPhone in 2-3 business days.
