So i quickly bought the iPhone last night but forgot to click the apple care. Can i still get it when i receive the phone and walk up to the apple store and tell them to apply it?

Yes, unless they recently changed it, they give you 60 days from purchase date to purchase AppleCare.

I actually did the reverse and decided to remove the applecare. Just going to the Apple Store and buying it later.
