Iphones being sold with 3.1.3 already??

Any new users or the Mods/Admins have information if iPhone 3gs are being sold with 3.1.3 on them already in the US??? I plan to buy one and then jailbreak but dont know if the phone would have 3.1.2 or 3.1.3

I just bought a 3GS 32 GB from the San Marcos California with the 3.13 ROM already on it. So I guess they have started selling the iPhone with the new firmware, and the new bootrom 5.12.01.

Yes, for weeks now.

Might find an older one with 3.1.2 at Best Buy or get a refurb.
