The iPhones in the Apple stores are used and abused by people and kids every minute of every day, yet when you use them, they still feel so cool, new, sexy, and legit! How does Apple do this? Is there a way to replenish the oleophobic coating?

Not quite. Those show iPhone receive all the abuse they take. The ones at my local Apple store have long since lost their coating. They are all smudged now...
