I didn't drop or do anything to this phone- I'm abroad in Italy for a few weeks and I had a replacement (used) iPhone sent to me (mine got stolen my first week here, go figure). Turned the screen on last night and this is what I got:

Thought maybe an iTunes restore session might have fixed it, but that didn't work. The functions are still working (if I activate the screen and swipe right, you still hear the click as if you were unlocking it). Maybe the most I can do is take it into the store, but I was wondering if anyone had any other possible suggestions - this is my only way to take pictures and call to the US with a wifi connection, and I still have 3 weeks left in Europe until I'm able to go to the Verizon store =/

Thanks!

try a hard restore from itunes
if that didn't help
then the issue isn't with the software

maybe the screen is dislocated or something
