Loving the 4S camera. Such a massive enhancement on my old 3GS!

Great shots. Jody how much did you tweak the picture of the dog (shown above) or was it all with one preset? If so which one - really like the look, got that Olympus dramatic feel to it.

All I used for the dog picture was the clarity filter.... it really does a nice job bringing out all of the midtones in a shot

I was just reading reviews of camera+ online and multiple users commented that they wanted to be able to use the volume up button to take photos within the app...making it sound like you can somehow do so in the standard camera? Anyone familiar with this? How?

In the standard camera, press volume up.

Camera+ w/ few effects of my Traktor S4.

Nice. I've been messing around with my friends along with his Midi Fighter. Fun fun. :]

What app did you use to take those HDR shots? How did you get the foreground of the wing mirror and the distance in focus?

Thanks! I've yet to find an app that produces results like Camera+

If anyone knows of anything that might be better, please lemme know

Camera+ is a great app. SimplyHDR is another app that gives HDR great shots like Camera+, but give you freedom with better manipulation.

Like r.j.s. said that is only a feature in the standard camera app. Besides taking photo directly in Hipstamatic, I only use the standard camera app when taking photos. I then open them in Camera+ or another camera app to edit them.

I just got into instagram and I'm hooked!

I've been hooked for almost a year! lol @tmpecus78

Where does one find the HDR setting in Camera+? I have purchased the app but rarely use it. Going into it now I see clarity, flash, shade, sunset, night etc. but no HDR?

I'm taking a guess and assuming you're asking me?

I used Camera+. I didn't do any sort of HDR shot though. Both of these shots were taken normally and then I placed filters on to them. The first shot of the park was a clarity filter placed on the original shot then I exported it to the camera roll. After that I imported the shot back in to Camera+ and placed a second clarity filter on to it.

The second shot of the sideview mirror I selected the mirror to be the focus of the shot and then afterwards placed one clarity filter on to the photo.

Hope that helps!

Shots taken on my 4 with camera+ on a recent trip to NYC.

What did you edit these with?

When you all use camera+ do you take the picture using the app or do you use the standard phone camera then import the picture into the app and tweak it that way?

Bug

I use both...with iOS5, I use the native camera app for the volume up button when taking pics of myself in front of stuff...otherwise camera+ for anything else, just better options. No matter what i import every picture into camera + for lightbox editing, hands down the best i ever saw

i truly love Camera+ it's an amazing app..

IF you want to try something new a few people have been messing with "Big Lens" also .99 cents.

They do different things, it may be a bit harder to use but it does well if you spend the time.. here's my choco lab at the camping ground last week.

Edited with Big Lens ONLY
