So two things. The first would be with iOS11.1 most likely. When using Siri in the car with Bluetooth, there was always a noticeable delay between saying “hey Siri” and the time I could actually input my message. Have had this problem for two years. This seems to be gone.

The iPhoneX with FaceID to use “hey Siri” and have her read my messages now, it works so much better. I tested it on my commute to work this morning and I never once had to touch my phone. When she told me I would have to unlock my phone, I just glanced over at the phone and it unlocked and she co tinier to read my messages. It did it in a very timely and smooth manner. Made me feel truly hands free and I enjoy that seeing as the roads in my area are now snow covered until around March.

Anybody else have a chance to experience FaceID in the car with Siri hands free?
