iPhoto 08' cutting photos while doing a slideshow

In iMovie 08' while I do a slide show some photos cut peoples body parts (sounds funny to me). If I were to look at the photos normally I could see the whole person. In iMovie 08 that are not displayed normally.
How can I see the pictures in a slide show as they actually appear?

You need to change the settings from Crop to Fit. You can either select the photo and then press the "crop, rotate, key burns" button next to the mic to switch it or make it the default action for the project when importing your photos using the project properties
