Facebook has increased the resolution of photos uploaded to it from 604 pixels horizontal to 720 pixels horizontal since probably the beginning of this year.
I just noticed that pictures uploaded from iPhoto09 still being resized to the low res 604 horizontal pixels. I assume the resize is done by iPhoto since photos I uploaded by other methods (eg. direct from iPhone) receive the higher 720 res treatment.
Did Apple miss the memo?
This should be something that can be easily patched, right? The sad part is I don't see any possible settings for the upload to Facebook feature.
