Facebook has increased the resolution of photos uploaded to it from 604 pixels horizontal to 720 pixels horizontal since probably the beginning of this year.
I just noticed that pictures uploaded from iPhoto09 still being resized to the low res 604 horizontal pixels. I assume the resize is done by iPhoto since photos I uploaded by other methods (eg. direct from iPhone) receive the higher 720 res treatment.
Did Apple miss the memo? 😕 This should be something that can be easily patched, right? The sad part is I don't see any possible settings for the upload to Facebook feature.
