iPhoto 9.2 iCloud and MobileMe

Some questions i have.
1) On system preferences still exists MobileMe settings panel. Why?

2)On iPhoto Preferences/ Account i can only have MobileMe account not iCloud account and there is a MobileMe account why?

3)Hi i can delete photos from photo stream?
