I'm new to the world of AppleTV. I'd like to be able to share photos on the tv with people. I turned on all the sharing, selected folders, etc., but they won't show up on TV. It's like an eternal loading wheel only. It shows the folders so I assume it's correctly set up. Can this be an issue with the size of the photos/library? I'm only sharing about 500 or so, but they're probably several mb each.
I'm not sure if that's causing the problem, but if so, can I compress the photos somehow without exporting/importing? Would it make a difference if I get a network cable and hook them up directly instead over wireless?
Or might there be a different problem?
