Hello,
I just had my logic board replaced in my imac g5 (running OSx 10.4.11) and I have been having issues since, most recently the iphoto and iweb not booting. To solve some of my previous issues I had to to a "Archive and Install". I had to reinstall some of my prgms after that because they were not working properly (including iphoto). When I try and run either of the programs the icon bounces once and then nothing. I have also tried creating another user and tried; no luck that way. Please help.

To reinstall iPhoto or iWeb, launch the Install Bundled Software only process from install disc 1. For best results, remove not only the applications before reinstalling but also their related .pkg files located in Macintosh HD/Library/Receipts.
