I imported a group of RAW files to iphoto as an event. If i highlight one and click info it says that it is indeed a RAW file. When I highlight one file and drag it to the dock and open it with Canon's DPP, it opens all the files in this event and opens them all as jpegs. I want to open just the one I selected and I want it to open as the RAW file that it is. I can drag the same RAW file to photoshop elements and it still opens as a jpeg but only opens the one file and not the entire event. I hope someone can help. This new imac is my first apple product.
I love the graphics but my workflow has suffered greatly. I am hoping it is just a learning curve.
