iPhoto, making cards, need help

I am not sure I am posting this question in the right place...two years ago I made cards from my art in iPhoto and they were really nice. Now there's been a ton of updates and it looksTOTALLY different and there's a ton of crappy Xmas cards and wedding stuff to choose from. I have watched the tutorials but can not find how to make a card that's BLANK INSIDE. They all seem to have fancy frames and these little pictures that it wont let you delete? I think I am lost, it was simple before, any help would be great! I want just my art on the outside, no frames and blank inside, and the apple logo on the back.

In the App Store they have IWork-Pages. It's about $20.00. It gives you maximum control over a lot of formats including Cards & Invitations. You might research it to see if it is what you need.
