Basically i'm on the base model of the new macbook pro: 2.26ghz processor and 2 gb ram, all stock components.
Recently my iphoto started giving me errors. Everytime i open it i get a message telling me to upgrade my photo albums with 2 options; 'Quit' and 'Upgrade'. However I get the busy icon on my cursor and iphoto closes giving an error without letting me choose anything.
Is there anyway to fix this without having to reinstall leopard?

iPhoto is part of iLife, not Leopard, so even if there was something wrong with the application itself you would not have to reinstall the entire OS. Try this possible solution.
