iphoto photo cache

I deleted my ipod photo because i was not able to sync my iphone without getting an error message, so I was informed to delete that folder. Itunes has not created another so I can not add photos to iphone, help please. I have tried many things.

The photo cache gets created when you sync. Just sync again and it should make another. If it's not working reboot or repair permissions.
