iphoto wont open my photoshop pictures

So i dragged my photos from iphoto into photoshop. edited them in photshop and Saved them as jpegs and now Iphoto wont open them! ideas?
 
Are you sure you saved them as jpg files, or did they actually save as psd files but you wrote .jpg at the end of their file name while saving?
