Sure they will. There are no notable differences between the 4th Gen and the 5th Gen iPod Touch, with the exception of the option of getting the 5th Gen in white.

What memory size is it? 8GB maybe $170 if its in good condition. eBay (watch the fees) or craigslist (watch for scammers) would be your best bets.

Apple sells the 3rd gen (which for the 8GB is actually 2nd gen) for $149 on refurb so the 4th should get a bit more than that if its in good condition. Early 8GB (1st-3rd gen) don't get a lot from what I have seen.

Its in great condition, only used a few times!!
