iPod Ipod 5G Mac to PC?

Ok, here we go...
My girlfriend lost her Macbook (fried logic board) and has no way to get to her music or photos on her 5G - is there a way to transfer (even through 3rd party) her data (music and photos) from a Mac formatted Ipod to my PC? Any help is appreciated - local Mac shops and Apple store just threw their hands in the air and said no way.

all i know about is Senuti for Mac to Mac, not sure if it works for photos too, though.
I don't think it works for Windows, but just to say that it's probably doable. Anyway, "senuti for windows" might be a good search to try.
