The loop button on my iPod 5th gen is stuck open. It will not close when I press down on it. Anyone else having the same problem?

Try to get the button closed again without brute force.

If it's jammed go to an Apple store and get a repair/replacement (which should be free provided you weren't the cause of the button being jammed). Don't forget to backup your iPod and bring receipts etc. with you. You DON'T need to have bought the iPod from an Apple store: they will cover warranty from anywhere you bought it.
