Out of nowhere it gets this blue screen, no matter what I do, reset, DFU mode, even try to restore it fails to restore, what do I do!?!??

Nothing you can do. Take it to the Genius Bar. They'll try to DFU it.
If its under a year they'll replace it.
If not then they'll charge a fee.
If its under a year they'll replace it.
