Ipod Advertise

I would like to make a picture look like the ipod advertise

with the siluette in black, and a color background, but dunno how to do it

i have photoshop

can anyone help me with the procedure?

Use the pen tool in Photoshop to outline what ever you need then convert the path into selection and fill it with black. You could also use pen in shape mode, but I think it is easier to work when the fill is set to lower opacity, that way you can see what is behind the shape. And for backgraound just use a solid color of your choice.
