iPod Boombox that looks like an actual boombox

    It looks like it was made by Fisher Price. I like the idea, but it's terribly implemented.

    They look bad NOW. In the 80's they were the bomb!;)

    that looks like a sick boombox, but we want a more authentic one. Any other ideas or suggestions?

    I've seen them for sale at Urban Outfitters.

    I bought one, returned it within the week. Quality was not that great.

    I don't have any photos to hand, but you could do what we did and pick up an original boombox from a car-boot sale for about £5 then strip out the internals and rebuild it with everything you need in it and enough battery space that it lasts about a week playing at full volume!
