iPod iPod cable free usb connector. Does one exist?

Does anyone know if there is a USB to Apple 30 pin connector that is cable free?

Kind of like this:

But instead of the 3.5mm jack it's the USB connector.

Would work great using my iPod Nano 6th g as a music storage hard drive for my 64gb MBA so I don't have to actually keep anything on the laptop itself. But I don't want to have a long cable hanging off the side.

The closest I've seen is the Scosche FlipSync: http://www.scosche.com/consumer-tech/product/1906

It looks a little more flexible than the thing you linked to, and fits onto a keyring, so you can always have it with you.
