iPod touch Ipod Classic and Ipod touch on same Mac

Hi I have got an Ipod classic and an Itouch. My Mac used to recognise both ipods when I connected them. I use the classic for music and the itouch for movies. I have recently upgraded to Leopard and now the Classic is recognised on the Mac and itunres, but when I connect the Itouch to the Mac it doesn't recognise it, nothing happens at all. Any ideas on what I could do please?

You should try a different usb port, and if that doesn't work try putting the ipod into DFU mode and restoring it. That might alleviate the problem. 😀

Thanks for that, but still not working. However, I am updating the latest Itunes software so that might help!🙄
