through different things I needed to reset my iPod classic. So I connect it to my computer and iTunes opens like it always does. I clicked the restore bottom and it begins to restore, like a little more then halfway done a message appears that says "a unknown error occured and could not be restored" and then it shuts off. Any thoughts ok what tlthe problem may be? Thanks!
