ipod controls gone from lock screen

I have the typohone lock screen.

When im using the ipod and the phoen is locked the ipod controls are gone. Before I jailbroke I was able to skip tracks from the lock screen but now all I get is the album art.

How can I get the controls back?

Double click the home button when you're on your lock screen ... the controls should appear.
