Right, my 80GB iPod just turned off while playing music.
It comes up with the red cross in a circle and the apple url.
I go to the apple url and follow the instructions (carefully) and I get nothing.
Phoned apple they wont do anything, they say it's not a problem with the iPod (seems strange seeing as they have a support page for precisely this issue?)
