iPod & iSkins' CERULEAN RX Stereo Bluetooth Receiver

Hi,

I'm new here and ipod is my first Apple's gadget so please be gently with me 😉

Anyway, currently I can connect my iPod to car head unit through the wire but I would rather do it wirelessly and after lot of research I found iSkins' CERULEAN RX Stereo Bluetooth Receiver as the best possible solution but I worry if that's all or I need to connect my iPod touch wirelessly or I also need to attach BT transmitter to it!?
