if you're in Canada and can find an iPod to buy, it's now apparently about $25 cheaper, thanks to the media levy being thrown out:

are we seing price reductions everywhere? probably not at every retailer as the demand is greater than the current supply, it seems...
 
apple's ussually pretty good about getting price changes like this passed onto the resellers. I wouldn't be surprised to see it in effect at the resellers as well.
 
oh, i have no doubt that eventually they will be the same everywhere... but before christmas with scarce supply? dunno...

edit: as of right now, future shop, bestbuy and chapters/indigo are still listing $349 as the mini price (online sites).

just FYI.
