iPod iPod music to new Mac

I am wondering what the best application would be to take songs from my iPod and transfer them to a new Mac.

And of those applications, how do you actually do the transfer?

iPodRip. It's a demo, but you can use the full version 5 times. It's pretty self-explanatory.
