Does anyone know why an iPod Nano 7 Gen would get corrupted? Using iTunes w/ updated software on an iMac, always eject before unplugging. iTunes is unable to restore it and tips from the Apple site don't help.

That doesn't do it. The Genius Bar guys managed to restore it. I guess they deserve the name. The cause remains a mystery.
