iPod iPod Nano Car Radio Connect???

Just got a "hand down" iPod Nano from daughter. I would like to run through auto speakers when on road trips. What are the choices? if any?

Is there a 12v outlet plug connector that does the job? Sound quality?

I have an ipod shuffle and listen to it in my car using a casette tape converter. Its basically a casette with a wire coming out that connects to the ipod jack. If you dont have a casette player, here's a list of others
