iPod iPod Nano - I got a lemon?

I just purchased a new iPod nano 16GB.
But the wheelclick is very weird, its like its not in the right place.
Its makes weird sound and hard to press.

I bought it from JR.com
I wonder can I bring it to Apple store for exchange or repair...
They are apple authorized reseller..

You probably have a lemon. I returned my 4G Nano because of a defective click wheel. I'm glad I kept my 3G, which I prefer over the 4G.
