iPod touch iPod Not Restoring

This is extremely serious because I have not upgraded my iPod and I think iTunes had an issue in the middle of a restore and therefore didnt complete the restore so it is having an issue restoring and is stuck in recovery mode. I have tried everything, tiniumbrella,redsn0w,iTubnes(duh)😛 and recoveryfix and nothing works. I am really good with computers but sometimes have issues with iPod stuff so please help and also I have access to both Mac Windows and Linux and sometimes BSD so dont hesitate about that AND my apple care return but I dont know if apple will just dissmiss thiss as a jb and I also have a best buy warranty. I'd rather not turn it in but if no-one helps i just gonna turn it in. 🙁 😡
